If for any reason you are not satisfied with an over-the-counter (non-prescription) Vetoquinol® brand product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may request a replacement product or refund* for your money back. Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Vetoquinol 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser, and one product or refund per household.

How to Submit a Guarantee Request

If you are unable to return your product to the seller from whom it was purchased, please contact our team at 1-817-529-7500 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. Please note that you will be required to provide a brief description of the reason for your dissatisfaction and a copy of the original sales receipt or other proof of purchase in order to verify Guarantee eligibility. You must submit your Guarantee request within ninety (90) days of the date of original purchase.

Depending on the situation, you may also be requested to return your product directly to Vetoquinol USA. If we request that you return the product to us, a member of our customer service team will work with you to facilitate the return free of charge.

Guarantee Guidelines

Vetoquinol USA reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Guarantee.
